The Pilates method is a unique series of exercises developed to strengthen and tone core muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility and balance; unite body and mind, and create a streamlined shape. All levels however previous mat experience is recommended.

Pilates Equipment Classes
Fun and challenging, these classes require private Pilates instruction as a prerequisite and instructor approval. An opportunity to experience the endless Pilates repertoire on the reformer, cadillac or chair in a high energy group setting. We ask that you please call in advance to reserve your spot. All levels however previous equipment experience is recommended.

O2 Barre is a fusion of ballet inspired technique, light weights, core strengthening and stretching to sculpt the body like a dancer, long and lean! This class moves fluidly from one segment to the next and is a great workout for all levels!
