Pilates Equipment Classes
Fun and challenging, these classes require private Pilates instruction as a prerequisite and instructor approval. An opportunity to experience the endless Pilates repertoire on the reformer, cadillac or chair in a high energy group setting. We ask that you please call in advance to reserve your spot.

A Pilates Mat based workout which incorporates resistance training to intensify each movement. This energetic 50 minute full-body workout is designed for individuals who are looking to challenge core muscles, strengthen back muscles, and sculpt and tone their way to a long, lean physique.

O2 Barre
O2 Barre is a fusion of ballet inspired technique, light weights, core strengthening and stretching to sculpt the body like a dancer, long and lean. This class moves fluidly from one segment to the next and is a great workout for all levels.
