Basic Flow
This class will focus on the fundamentals of vinyasa flow yoga, combining breath with movement to build strength and flexibility, as well as awareness of alignment. All levels welcome. This is a great class for those new to yoga!

An invigorating flow of asanas (postures) linking breath with movement creating internal heat, strength and flexibility. A challenging class. The room is heated to 80 degrees.

O2 Flow
An invigorating flow of asanas (postures) linking breath with movement creating internal heat, strength and flexibility. All levels, however this can be a challenging class so knowledge of Sun Salutations is recommended. The room is heated from 85-90 degrees.

Healthy Backs Yoga
This class is for "every" body. A class that integrates the whole body in challenging and restorative postures with a special emphasis on alignment and spinal strength and health. All levels.

Meditation
Present moment meditation is a powerful tool which, even when it is a beginning practice, is effective in struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship issues, happiness, contentment, stress, decision making, parenting and just about every aspect of our daily lives. The wonderful thing about meditation (the practice of paying attention to only one thing at a given time) is that anyone can do it. It doesn’t matter what your religious beliefs have, if you have any training, or how busy or skeptical you are. All levels welcome!

YOGA 101
NEVER PRACTICED YOGA BEFORE? This class is designed specifically for the absolute beginner or anyone wanting a step-by-step review of the basics! You will walk away with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of yoga, breathing, and alignment in elemental versions of all poses. Upon completion of the one-month session, you will have enough knowledge to be comfortable walking into a basic flow or open level yoga class. This class will be offered every month Monday and Wednesdays at 10a-11a. At the start of each month, YOGA 101 will repeat the same class from the beginning.

surfer yoga
One of the most popular yoga classes on the East End of Long Island, NY Mindardi Surfer Yoga classes are built on a foundation of strength, power and flexibility. Strong emphasis is placed on patience, stability, mobility transitional flow, balance and posture. The Minardi Surfer Yoga course is designed to irrigate and till the body and soul. Coach Jimmy Minardi has coined a phrase “work-in” because he wants students to know that yoga is not a work out. Changing that mind set is just one of they ways Minardi prevents injury, eliminates competition, and helps his progenies to develop an amazing foundation. THE CLASS: Each class incorporates basic sun salutations and weight-bearing asanas. Each class encourages the student to connect with the breath. Each class builds the integrity of each posture, protecting students from injury and reinforcing core strength. Modifications are offered so that yogis at different levels can all participate and enjoy the ‘sangha’ we create.
