(Healthy) Snack Time

It’s the middle of the week and perhaps you’ve hit a rut, a wall, a slump; whatever the case there’s nothing like a midweek pick-me-up snack. They don’t call it “hump day” for nothing. Between early morning yoga classes and cardio sculpt, it is important to stay nourished and feed your body fuel that helps it produce energy, not reduce energy. Life is busy, and when we are all doing our best to stay as healthy as possible, quick and easy go-to recipes can ease stress while keeping health goals in check. Here are two snacks we are nibbling on come Wednesday, or any day really.
