Shipping & Returns

 

O2 offers refunds on items in new condition with tags attached within 14 days of your receipt of shipment or in-store purchase with the exception of sale items, which are non-refundable. Please note, all beauty and spa products are final sale as well as underwear and socks. 

To request a return, please email hello@o2aspen.com. Our retail team will process your return and send you a shipping label via email. Once you receive the label, please place the original packing slip in the box with the item(s), tape and secure the package, and drop it off with the appropriate mail carrier. 

You will receive an email within 7 - 10 days of our receipt of your return that your return was processed. Your refund will post to the original form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Please note: refunds are for product only and do not include the initial shipping cost.
