This class provides the opportunity to experience the classical Pilates on the reformer to achieve a full-body workout. Expect to get toned inside and out and leave the class energized and balanced!

O2 POWER REFORMER
Imagine classical reformer with added elements to challenge your whole body. These include intentional focus on core strength, more advanced toning movements, and may include jump boards. This workout is an excellent way to enhance your performance, focusing on precision, control, strength & power. Expect fun music and to leave feeling empowered, strong, and bright.
O2 JUMP REFORMER
This high-energy, low-impact cardio class is designed for all levels to get your body moving! You will use quick yet smooth transitions to experience an aerobic workout that won’t stress the joints. Sweat and pump up your heart rate with this fun, full-body class.
O2 TOWER
A fun and athletic workout that combines props with the benefits of the Pilates Tower. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper positioning while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning, and lengthening muscles.
