O2 Sculpt increases your heart rate while toning your whole body. This sweat-fest intelligently combines a mixture of standing exercises (lunges and squats) that resemble standing on the Pilates reformer and yoga poses, emphasizing core strengthening exercises. You will use body and free weights throughout the class to create the perfect mixture of toning large and small muscle groups.
